How to generate the challans

                                                      GENERATE THE CHALLANS


                              This option is to create challan for any due amount. You can create challan after making any contribution or against any due amount. After clicking on “GENERATE CHALLAN” option you need to select the due amount from the list and enter the amount to be paid manually. After entering the amount to be paid, you need to furnish Payment mode details (Cheque, Cash, DD etc) to create challan. 

• This function is mainly used when MC is filed using excel file upload method
• Go to home page then you click the "GENERATE THE CHALLAN" link.
•  After clicking VIEW button you select the check box of Monthly Contribution month.
• Enter the contribution amount in Total Amount to be Paid Box.
• Then you select Payment Mode type Online/Offline.
• Finally click SUBMIT button.

• This error shows in "MOZILLA FIREFOX" only follow the following steps to solve this error.

• Click the "I Understand the Risks" link.

• After Clicking the "I Understand the Risks" link "Add Exception" Button displays on the same window.

• When you Click the "Add Exception" button, the "Add Security Exception" window will open.

• Finally you click "Confirm Security Exception"button.

• After you press F5 button in the key board.

How to solve the Invalid IP Numbers error

• When you upload the monthly contribution via Excel sheet it shows the the "Invalid IP Numbers" error. Follow these steps to solve this problem .

• You need to check in your Online List of Employees, as there would be some IP’s in your MC Excel but you haven’t added them to your Online List of Employees.

• Go to home page,Click the "INSERT IP DETAILS" LINK  then click "DOWNLOAD" button you save the excel sheet.

• You should be verified the IP numbers in MC excel sheet and list of employees.
