1)      LIST OF EMPLOYEES :

      This link is used to verify all your IPs/Employees are listed in the Application. If some IPs is missing out from the list, you can make use of INSERT IP DETAILS OPTION.

      2)      INSERT IP DETAILS :

    This option is used to insert any missing out IPs in to the application. Insert IP can be done in two ways,

·         MANUAL INSERT IP- If you want to insert IPs one by one, use this option. After clicking on the Insert IP link, click on “INSERT” button and fill in IPs details and press “SAVE” button.
·         EXCEL TEMPLATE UPLOAD- If you want to Insert too many IPs, use this option. After clicking on the Insert IP link, download “Excel Template” in blue color. Save the excel sheet and fill the in the IP details. After saving the excel sheet come to the same page and click on “BROWSE” button, attach the excel sheet and click on “UPLOAD” button.

      3)      REGISTER NEW IPs :

      This is option is to register new IPs. After clicking “REGISTER NEW IP”, the form 1 will be displayed and you can fill it up. After submitting, the TIC will be displayed and print out of the same should be taken for Pehchan card generation at the respective local offices.

      4)      PRINT COUNTER FOIL :

     This option is used to take the print out of TICs at any later given date. You can click this option and take the TIC print out of any IPs.

      5)      UPDATE IP DETAILS : 

    This option is used to update or make changes in form 1 of IPs. After updating, the TIC will be generated and print out can be taken.
