How to solve the Invalid IP Numbers error

                                                          Invalid IP Numbers



  • When you upload the monthly contribution via Excel sheet it shows the the "Invalid IP Numbers" error. Follow these steps to solve this problem .
  • You need to check in your Online List of Employees, as there would be some IP’s in your MC Excel but you haven’t added them to your Online List of Employees.



  • Go to home page,Click the "INSERT IP DETAILS" LINK  then click "DOWNLOAD" button you save the excel sheet.
  • You should be verified the IP numbers in MC excel sheet and list of employees.

    this error comes when you you register the employee in the present month and you want to give salary details of earlier month. please delete those employees from the list from contribution list, it will solve your problem
